  • I hold a degree in General Psychology and have been a proud member of Little Einstein Academy since 2018. As the Assistant Director and a Coach, as well as a bilingual early childhood educator, I am passionate about supporting both children and teachers in creating meaningful learning experiences.

With over six years of experience working with children ages 1 to 3, I truly believe the early years are the foundation for lifelong learning, emotional well-being, and confidence. I strive to create a nurturing, loving, and safe environment where every child feels valued, supported, and encouraged to grow at their own pace.

Motherhood has deepened my understanding of child development and continues to inspire me to stay current with research-based practices and implement play-centered learning strategies both in the classroom and while supporting our teaching team.

  • I am a proud mother of two and have dedicated my career to early childhood education since 2002. In July 2017, I founded Little Einstein Academy with the vision of creating a school environment that truly supports children’s growth while fostering an exceptional learning experience.

At Little Einstein Academy, we are committed to providing high-quality educational experiences that promote self-awareness, emotional intelligence, and respect for diverse perspectives. We believe that nurturing the whole child is essential for long-term success.

Our program supports language development through Spanish immersion, helping children build bilingual skills that strengthen their cognitive abilities and better prepare them for future academic and life experiences. We also intentionally connect children to their community through activities and volunteer involvement, giving them meaningful exposure to the world around them and equipping them with the tools they need to thrive in an ever-changing world.

  • I enjoy outdoor activities and exploring new adventures, especially here in beautiful Colorado. I have been working in early childhood education for nine years, a field that truly fills my heart.

I attended the Community College of Denver and the University of Colorado, and have completed meaningful professional training to strengthen my work with children and educators, including the Conscious Discipline Institute, Creative Curriculum consulting, and the Rocky Mountain Early Childhood Conference. In 2023, I earned both my Director and Coach certifications.

As Director, my purpose at Little Einstein Academy is not only to nurture and support each child, but also to guide and empower our teachers so they can create meaningful and loving learning experiences. One of the greatest joys of my work is witnessing children grow, gain confidence, and blossom into their unique selves — a transformation that continues to inspire me every day.

  • I am a mother of three children. I have 11 years of experience working in early childhood education. LEA gave me the opportunity to be part of its great team in November 2017 and since that date I have worked with toddlers in the Brilliant Centipedes Classroom. I am very grateful and happy to be able to work for LEA families and their children. Children are my inspiration, so I dedicate myself to their education and care and I am always open to learning more about early childhood growth. I am happy to have them as part of the Brilliant Centipedes family.

  • I am the eldest of four sisters, happily married for 10 years, and a proud mother of three daughters. I hold a Bachelor's degree in Psychopedagogy and have dedicated my career to working with children. My first formal experience in the field was in a preschool, and since then, I have continued to grow professionally and personally through my work with young learners.

Working with children is incredibly rewarding, as it keeps me alert, challenges me, and inspires me to keep learning and growing. I enjoy cooking for my family, spending quality time with them, exploring new places, and engaging in crafts, music, and driving. One of my next goals is to further advance my English skills.

Kitchen Staff

  • I like to be called Magda, which is how the children know me. I have loved being the chef at Little Einstein Academy since 2017. I truly enjoy my work and have learned so much, especially how powerful it is to introduce children to a variety of healthy foods in appropriate portions.

I love cooking, and knowing that the children enjoy my food is very important to me. This is one of the reasons I am always innovating and improving my recipes. The best part of my job is seeing the children’s happy faces when I enter a classroom with a tray full of delicious food and hearing their adorable “Gracias, Miss Magda!” — it always brightens my day.
